How we engage, price and deliver.
How do engagements usually start?
With a scoped discovery — typically two to four weeks — producing a validated scope, architecture sketch and costed delivery plan.
Do you work fixed-price or time and materials?
Both. Discovery is fixed-price. Delivery is usually time and materials with an agreed cap, because fixed-price delivery tends to punish scope honesty on both sides.
Where are your engineers based?
Across Dubai, Lahore, London, Austin and Singapore. Teams are assembled for time-zone overlap with your team.
Do you take over existing codebases?
Yes. We start with an architecture and quality assessment, then agree a stabilisation plan before adding features.
What happens at the end of an engagement?
Documented handover: architecture decision records, runbooks, and a working knowledge-transfer period with your team.
Can we hire your engineers directly?
Yes, under agreed conversion terms. We would rather people stay where they do their best work.
How do you handle data protection?
Under the terms of each engagement, backed by ISO 27001 certified information security practices.
What is your typical team size?
Most engagements run with four to eight people. Larger programmes are structured as multiple streams with shared architecture governance.
