Independently audited.
Overview
Meridian Health operated separate portals for appointments, results, billing and messaging.
The challenge
Patients maintained four logins. Support handled thousands of password resets monthly, and none of the systems met accessibility requirements.
What we built
A single portal with federated identity over the existing back ends, designed and tested to WCAG 2.2 AA with assistive-technology users.
Results
Adoption exceeded projections and support contact volume fell substantially in the first two quarters.
